unfortunately.
the con was great. even though my legs, feet, hips, back, everything, felt like shit after the end of each day, it was nothing a little (literally little) sleep couldnt fix. back still hurts though.
anyways, this is the "not quite the post comic-con entry" entry.
it's due to the fact that my laptop is broken and i'm still tiding up my room with all the stuff i brought back from comic con. i need more shelves.
today, i read a couple of things i bought (and will take photos of later):
- jin and jam #1 by hellen jo
- papercutter issue 5 & 9
- boy's club 3 by matt furie
- egg story by j. marc schmidt
- cat getting out of a bag by jeffrey brown

Aron Nels Steinke caught my attention with his short in papercutter #9. recommend. i fell in love from the first page (similar to house pictured above). i wanna color it in. it only got better from there too because the story ruled. i then found my way here and read his series of the intruder, which i also recommend.
i hate los angeles weather.
